Start your foundation routine by preparing and moisturising you skin with {Confidence in a Cream}. Then apply the CC Cream with a brush, starting from the centre of the face and blending outwards in a circular motion. Didn't work for me
I'm happy I only purchased a mini size of this CC cream as it didn't work for me at all. It's very heavy and feels more like a foundation than a CC cream. It has very high coverage which is not what I wanted from this product. I wanted something that looked natural and good for every day, and this wasn't it. It seemed to not sink into the skin properly and just stayed on top and transfered easily. What's worse, after every single use I got new breakouts. I would highly recommend getting a sample first to see if the product agrees with your skin, but if you want something light and natural, this won't be the product for you.

Not too impressed
At first the product seemed great. Really covers well. However it's still way too dark for my skin. I took the lightest shade, fair. Also the tube was only half full....so abit disappointed. Would be ideal for tan or darker skin.

What it says on the label
It really is your skin but better. I bought this for a two week holiday and I'll be buying the fun size. Brilliant coverage without looking overdone and smells nice! I would have liked the option for the light/medium coverage but not available in travel size. Opted for medium as away in the sun and it's fine, still live it. Feel you're hardly wearing anything.

CC in light shade
I bought this for my travel makeup bag and just with one small tiny pea-sized amount had decent coverage on half my face. Felt natural and the light shade was a good match for my fair and freckly skin. Having SPF 50+ is an added bonus in such a small travel-sized container. Can't wait to go travelling again to try it out.

Blends beautifully
This blends very well and provides excellent coverage. I use it for extra coverage and as a concealer where needed which suits me. If you prefer heavier coverage you could use more. I do have some skin pigmentation which it covers well and the SPF provides protection against future skin damage.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by this CC cream. I am someone who rarely wears make up and doesn't like heavy makeup, so although this is a bit too full-coverage for daily use for me (it's like a full-coverage foundation!) I was genuinely impressed by its ability to cover, and it didn't dry my skin out like most foundations do, nor make my ageing, large-pored skin look just generally worse (like a lot of foundations do). I also felt that this did an admirable job of not drawing loads of extra attention to my wrinkles and pores (like most foundations do lol). I have tried it a few different ways, and can obtain a better-for-me result by mixing it with a little of my sunscreen and would definitely recommend this product to others. I have acne-prone skin and it didn't break me out. I bought the Light and it was still a little too dark for me, so will be purchasing the lightest shade soon. I've docked one star because the colour has a kind of flatness to it (kind of like mud - but not in a grey kind of way). I think a touch of bronzer and/or blush would probably sort that out easily though.Overall, definitely recommended, and love that we can buy a smaller size to try!

Amazing
I never leave reviews on anything.. but this is amazing. I mean it didn’t cover my spots completely but I could easily have built coverage. My skin feels so light and natural and it didn't set into my fine lines and left skin really dewy looking. I will be buying a full size once this is empty

Worst breakout ever
I wanted to love this makeup because I love their moisturiser and makeup be gone remover but this made my skin have the worst breakout in over 15 years. It was somewhat greasy and didn’t blend well either but I sort of ignored it until the breakout couldn’t be ignored. I’ll be sticking with Hourglass forever in the future
