Does not remove the simplest of make ups…
I don’t understand how it’s supposed to cope with heavy make up, when it doesn’t remove all my cc cream… It feels very heavy going on and doesn’t melt like similar products (thinking of Eve Lom, for example) and most of my cc cream was on a towel. Got it as part of the Hydration box, won’t be buying the full size version.

Perfection for sensitive skin
So impressed with this beautiful silky cleanser that I also introduced it to my mum who was equally as impressed so much so that we both bought the largest size as a back up when the smaller size runs out As an excema sufferer this is so soothing on my sensitive skin, bonus points it has no scent and the texture is just beautiful. It leaves your skin feeling nourished and soft.

Not great for makeup removal
Otherwise a perfectly nice first cleanser but definitely not good for removing my makeup. If you don’t use much makeup, could work for you

Holy Grail
Jordan Samuel is the king of cleansers. This is lovely and starts off as a gel before melting into your face and breaking down your make-up/SPF. It smells fresh and leaves my skin clean and not tight. Love it and I’ll keep buying it as it’s my favourite first cleanse product.

Amazing cleanser
I LOVE this cleanser. It is so good for my dry, sensitive skin. It makes my skin feel so clean and comfortable, it is the only cleanser I have used that doesn't dry my skin out. Texture is really lovely. This is my new favourite, I will buy the biggest size next time. Thank you Jordan Samuel!

HG cleanser
I have very sensitive skin. It took me a long time to find a cleanser that worked for me and now that I have found this, it is my HG cleanser. I love the gel consistency. I use it as my morning cleanse and as my 2nd evening cleanse. It leaves my skin super soft.

Holy Grail Cleanser!
I bought the travel size of this, and just had to buy the larger size! This is the most effective yet gentle cleanser I've ever used, leaving my skin super clean, conditioned & plumped. I've recently started tretinoin, and have had no irritation using this cleanser! Make sure to use this on dry skin and massage into the skin well before getting any water near. If I'm wearing heavy makeup, I'll make sure to use a lightly exfoliating washcloth to best rinse off.

This is a must-have! So gentle yet removes every trace of makeup. There is no irritation, no redness, it really is super gentle. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple with no residue. I will definitely repurchase!

I tried bought this cleanser a while ago and got the small bottle to test but now I'm buying the biggest one. It feels so luxurious to put on the face and I always leave with a fresh glow. I've got spotty, dry skin.

Not OK for my oily skin
I think this cleanser could be great for people with a different skin type than mine. I have an olive complexion and my skin type is oily and usually NOT sensitive at all. This cleanser doesn't emulsify no matter what I do, it just sits on my skin and my skin turns red, have tried it on different occasions over the period of one month, I am sorry that I do not love it, but it doesn't put me off from buying any other JSS products.
