Not for me
I was keen to try this for my sensitive skin, as it has good ingredients and no fragrance. But it just isn't for me. Didn't like it as a first or second cleanse. It didn't remove my makeup easily and it does leave a lot of residue behind, even if you're using a cloth or a foreo. I'll finish my bottle but, sadly won't be repurchasing.

My Absolute Favorite Cleanser!
I’m on my third tube of this! It’s super luxurious, effective and leaves my skin smooth and hydrated. I double cleanse with it each night, with a face cloth. I have dehydrated skin which is pretty sensitive and prone to redness on the cheeks.

Not for my sensitive skin
I know oil's don't usually react well with my skin but I had read a lot of positive reviews about this cleanser for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, this product made my 56-year-old skin red, hot, irritable and extremely uncomfortable. My face felt like had a film over it. I tried again a couple of days later and that was no better. I would not recommend it.

Perfect for me!
I absolutely love this cleanser! Super gentle, amazing consistency, and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. I have sensitive and slightly dry skin, and this never causes any irritation or tightness. I use it as a morning cleanser alone or as a first cleanse in the evening if I've worn SPF or makeup. Switched to this from The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser, which I still like but this cleanser if a perfect fit for my skin.

Disappointing
Ive heard a lot of Jordan Samuel, watched his youtube channel and really like his philosophy on skincare so I was excited to try his products, however this one leaves me severely underwhelmed. yes it is gentle, yes it has good ingredients but it fails to perform. Not as a first cleanse, definitely not as only cleanser, not with water, not with flannel and not with a microfiber clothes does it clean of make up and spf easily. It does leave residue but thats a non issue for me since I always use a second cleanse anyway, however the performance is an issue. I would recommend Farmacy green clean or Heimish balm before this one. But if you have dehydrated reactive/sensitive skin I would recommend the serum and moisturizer, really good to calm down irritation

Gentle but does not do the trick
Feels like putting nothing on your skin, you need to use a lot to get the feeling of it doing anything... It does not get rid of all of my make-up, I use it as a second cleanse now but still "mheh" about it.

I wouldn’t recommend
I like the concept of this cleanser. The gel feels luxurious when upon application and working it into the skin, but it doesn’t do the job, as it doesn’t clean the skin. I tried using the flannel method and also by just using water to remove the cleanser. I broke out everywhere. It leaves a thicker layer on you’re skin which feels moisturising but what it’s really doing is clogging the pores. You should’ve had to wipe a product off your face to clean.

Not right for me
I bought it because I thought it’s oil base would be richer and soothe my sensitive winter skin (New Zealand winter) I found it harder to remove than my previous cream cleanser and it left my skin barrier feeling more damaged as a result. If you do a double cleanse, it could be fine as a first cleanse, but as I don’t double cleanse it just didn’t suit me. I gave 3 stars because it’s also a bit pricey for a cleanser.

Great 1st cleanse
I love this cleanser, I purchased the travel size to test before paying for the full size of it and it's great! Hasn't broken me out, gets rid of all traces of make up and makes my skin feel hydrated and so soft!

Perfect first cleanser
Aftershow for Sensitive Skin has been one of the best things I’ve ever tried for my face. I have 2 types of rosacea and this is both a soothing and effective first cleanse. Doesn’t smell, doesn’t irritate and is bliss to use. Thanks JSS
