Effective and efficient
A great all round cleanser for both AM and PM. Gets the job done without causing dryness or irritation. Texture is the right balance of thickness without dragging on the skin. Easy to remove with face cloth and I’ve had no problem using it to remove eye makeup. I’ll be repurchasing!

One word - LUSH
This is such a beautiful cleanser and I recommend it to everyone. It's a pleasure to massage onto my face and it leaves me so smooth - not tight! I have sensitive skin and I was fine with this. I use this as a first cleanse, or a morning cleanse if my skin feels dehydrated

Not for me
I bought it because I read all the wonderful reviews, But my skin feels too oily and I do not feel that the other products are absorbed after using it, I use aha BHA toner afterwards but without using JSS aftershow it sting a little bit and I feel it on my skin but when I use just it's like water. Maybe I should go for less oily formula.

Does the job
This cleanser is perfect for my dry/sensitive skin that is also prone to breakouts. I am using it as my first cleanse in the evening, followed by the Fresh Soy Cleanser. It goes on beautifully, quickly transforming from a gel to a rich oil, and takes off make up really well. I love that it isn’t scented and it leaves my skin feeling really soft even before serums/creams. I had previously been using the Elemis cleansing balm and this is just as good, if not better because it isn’t so heavily scented, and is EXCELLENT value. A pea sized amount goes a long way.

Absolutely amazing!
I bought this and the Matinee Gel cleanser on a whim. (I don't like foaming cleansers even though I have combo - dehydrated skin those strip my skin.) This product is absolutely amazing. I use this as a first cleanser followed by Matinee as second. It takes off my layers of SPF and makeup (even waterproof mascara & full coverage foundation like KVD lock it tattoo). Does not have an overpowering smell. Did not irritate my skin. It's basically "skin-tertainment" that really works. I bought the 94 ml one and I'm going to stock up on the 240 ml. This is my new favourite and I'll keep coming back for this.

Perfect for Sensitive Skin
I have super sensitive skin with rosacea which cannot handle many things, this cleanser is perfect it feels soothing and takes away a full day/night/24 hour worth of cabin crew make up. I am hooked!

Complete game changer!
I’m 27 with sensitive, dehydrated, acne-prone skin. My morning AND evening routine starts with this cleanser! It’s gentle but packs the biggest punch, removes all makeup (even waterproof mascara when I can’t find my eye makeup remover!), and leaves my skin feeling soft but not stripped or oily! There’s no scent but I like this, I prefer nonfragranced products on my face. It doesn’t interfere with any other product in my routine and leaves my skin clean and prepped for my other products. My acne is SO MUCH BETTER and I believe that’s down to having a nonstripping cleanser, like this one! I honestly won’t be without it now. THANK YOU JORDAN SAMUEL, customer for life.

True Love
I adore this cleanser as the first part of a double cleanse. I bought the smaller size and was a bit disappointed when it came and I saw how small it was, however you need so little of it for your whole face that it has lasted ages. The formula is dreamy; the gel melts to an oil immediately and I think its the glycerin in it that makes it feel like silk when you rub it in. It takes all make-up off even tubing mascara, although you need to rub a bit more for this, and emulsifies beautifully when you add a little water. I have horribly dry sensitive skin and hate most cleansers. This leaves no dryness or tightness. It smells nice, without really smelling of anything much....! Really like the tube packaging too; it means you can use only the tiny amount needed, rather than a big finger-sized scoop as is the case with tubs of balm. Love it.

After show cleanser sensitive
Such a lovely cleanser, I use it as a morning cleanser as I love a gel and something refreshing and gentle in the mornings, especially after using a Retinol the night before so this cleansing just perfect!I have dry/normal skin x
