Good but not excellent
I have normal to combination skin, I can see someone with dry skin may like this product. I like makeup removers that make my skin feel clean and refreshed after cleansing (ex: Greanclean). Bought this product because of its high review. It leaves a film-like feeling after washing. You would need another face cleanser after this product. It does a great job of taking off heavy makeup. The consistency is gel-like, and when you rub it on your skin it becomes easier to blend out.

Thick consistency
This cleanser smells divine but is quite a heavy consistency. It’s a clear gel but is very thick, so doesn’t spread well. Ideally needs to be removed with a face cloth otherwise you can still feel an oily residue on your skin even after using a different cleanser (The JSS matinee) for a second cleanse. I know a face cloth is always recommended anyway, but this is too rough a method for my skin 7 days a week. Will continue to use but only once a week when I need a more exfoliating routine because I love the smell.

Love this cleanser
It’s my favourite cleanser at the moment with a lovely scent and doesn’t feel your face stripped at all. I use it to cleanse it in the morning. Also works well as a first cleanse in your pm routine.

Not sure I like it
I received this cleanser yesterday and I was very excited about it after reading all the comments. I used it twice already with Luna go Foreo. I agree with some of the comments that you have to use quite a lot of product to foam. It doesn't give me a "clean" feel afterwards which is the biggest disadvantage. My skin feels oily after and I have acne-prone skin so I was not impressed. I need to use micellar water to remove the access oil that this cleanser leaves. I will not be purchasing it again. I will go back to Caudalie again.

The ultimate makeup remover + comfort cleanser
I will never not buy this stuff! This cleanser is the best midway point between a hardcore makeup remover and indulgent comfort cleanser - the fragrance is just enough to be relaxing and comforting, but the gel texture is serious about removing all makeup even waterproof mascara. It is thick, but warming it up in your hands slightly beforehand makes it perform really well. Rinse slightly, then remove with a damp hot flannel = heaven!

Smells wonderful. Doesn't spread / blend that easily, you need quite a lot of product compared to clinique take the day off. Removes makeup well! There are better cleansing balms however, like the ordinary squalane cleanser and clinique.
