A handbag must-have, Long-Wear Lip Topper is an effortless way to add a little ‘je ne sais quoi’ to your lip look. A translucent lip lacquer with a hint of pale, pearl-pink shimmer, ‘Frost Bite’ glides onto bare lips for a cool, frosted finish, or can be worn on top of balm or liquid lipstick to create the illusion of enhanced fullness. The perfect addition to my handbag
I bought this to wear over a red matte lip, and boy did it live up to its name! I loved it, it is quite sticky at first but so worth it!! I ended up just sticking it in my handbag and wearing it in the day. I love it, 100% trying out more products from Jouer.

Keeps your Lips Smooth
It feels goods on your lips and the colour initially is amazing on top of your colour, but soon after, it just starts to look just like a clear gloss and comes off really easily, but it does help to keep your lips from drying out. You have to keep an eye on it though as I noticed it spreads and can start to bleed out your base lipstick. All in all not bad, but not brilliant.

Fab frosty lips!
This is perfect for a subtle sparkle, gives lips a more youthful appearance, also pop on top of a darker lipstick if you need more drama. Love love love!

Lovely
I have had this lip topper for a long time. It's not sticky at all and very glittery. However, it does come for slightly when eating or drinking, yet it lasts very long (no need to reapply). Tried it on top of many different liquid lipsticks, works well on all of them. Looks really good on olive/ golden tan skin.

THIS IS STUNNING A TOTAL MUST HAVE, WEAR ON ITS OWN FOR A SHIMMER OR OVER A LIPSTICK THE EFFECT IS WONDERFUL. GREAT STAYING POWER LASTED ALL DAY THIS IS THE BEST LIPSTICK EVER. I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE WHEN THEY ARE BACK IN STOCK. x
