With a super-soft, velvety texture that blends seamlessly to lend skin an ethereal, soft focus glow, the buildable formula can be applied sparingly for subtle skin enhancement, or layered to achieve a stunning strobed effect.
A powder incarnation of Jouers best-loved {Highlighter}, this perfect Powder Highlighter diffuses flawlessly to draw attention to your favourite features. Incredibly pigmented and enriched with ultra-fine, luminosity-boosting pearls and light-refracting pigments, this can be worn alone or layered over Jouers gorgeous cream highlighter to achieve an intense, lit-from-within skin finish. Choose from Celestrial (duochrome lilac pink), Rose Gold (a bright metallic rose gold), 'Skinny Dip' (a golden peach) and Tan Lines (a shimmering deep peachy bronze), and use a brush (or fingertips) to dust along your cheekbones, brown bones, cupids bow and collarbones or anywhere you deem deserving of a little extra glitz.

Very, very bad packaging
Packing sucks!! I am a makeup artist and I pack my makeup a lot. These highlighters broke immediately!!!

I have pretty light skin, but the colour is a pretty neutral gold so it will be good for summer as well. The highlighter is super creamy and extremely pigmented. You only need to dip and the brush in the powder and you are good to go. You can achieve a super glowy look or a natural one, depending on the application. Definetely my holy grail.

Before purchasing, I read other reviews which highly rated this product. It did not disappoint. Subtle yet buildable. Well worth the pennies!

Stunning but...
Honestly one of the most stunning highlighters I have owned and believe me, I own a fair few. Only down side is that they crumble so easily. I bought one and it broke within a week just being in my makeup bag so I bought another one thinking that I had a dodgy one and that one did exactly the same. They are still usable but it's just very messy.

Such a great buy!
I’m never one to spend a lot on makeup, but this was totally worth it! It’s so creamy, there’s no chunky glitter, and it smoothes out any texture and just leaves a super natural glow. I’m really really pale, ghost white, and I was given citrine for Christmas. It looked too dark, but paired with a little bit of bronzer it is the perfect tone. It’s best used quite lightly, because it packs on a punch. I think the colour is great for everyone apart from maybe very deep skin tones, but otherwise it is amazing!

Rose Quartz
Probably any highlighter works better on people with smooth skin, but this one looks a lot different from the other highlighter I own which is MAC Show Gold. Rose Quartz is very pale whitish pink, soft shimmer, not glittery, works best for me on brow bones. I have pale skin, but this highlighter seems a little too pale or too invisible on my cheek bones (depending on application and lighting).
