Helps with frizz
I like using this when I know I am letting my hair airdry, it helps with frizz and makes hair feel very soft. It has been a little bit of a learning curve as the first few times I applied too much and I felt like my hair had a sticky residue on it. So a little goes a long way!

Unfortunately too drying for my hair, I can see how it would work for people with softer, more tame hair but for me it was a little sticky and make it very knotty
