Before washing hair, apply 2-3 droppers full directly to the scalp, adding more if needed. Gently massage into the scalp and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Shampoo hair as normal, using a second wash if needed. Use up to twice per week.

There has been loads of hype about this product and I was curious to try it but it not for me. It left my hair greasy and lanky even after a thorough wash out. I have medium thick hair that doesn't need washed every day so it's not my hair type that's the problem. Was expecting more.
