Designed to work alone or in tandem with the brand’s {UncompliKated SPF 50}, the Daily Deflector Mineral SunScreen SPF 30 PA++++ provides UV protection with a 100% zinc oxide formula.
Packed with ceramides to keep skin looking strong, smooth, supple and hydrated while protecting against moisture loss, this über-lightweight and restorative mineral sunscreen also boasts antioxidants and vitamin E – ensuring your complexion is kept safe from the sun and other environmental aggressors. As much as we love the sun (and the ice creams, shorts and holidays that come with it), it can cause premature damage to the skin – think: fine lines and hyperpigmentation. This SPF restores your skin barrier and protects against UVA and UVB rays (as well as blue light from mobiles, laptops and the like!), using non-nano zinc particles to absorb and deflect the UV rays, which is believed to be the safest option for marine life and coral reefs. Ectoin offers natural protection from pollution, roughness and scaliness, tasmannia lanceolata leaf extract calms and reduces redness, and the formula overall is fragrance-free, suitable for the sensitive skinned and stays water resistant for 80 minutes!

Best mineral sunscreen so far
No white cast, not oily, not drying, makes skin looks radiant and fair naturally, light scent is delightful, the texture is soft and moist, very easy to apply, the pump package - perfect and elegant, easy to use, …there’s not a single thing about this sunscreen that I don’t love!!!

Best sunscreen
Firstly this is wonderful mineral sunscreen! I am confused by other reviews stating it’s leaves a white cast ; it’s a MINERAL SUNSCREEN so that’s bound to happen! It’s a lovely texture and melts into the face. Yes there’s a small white cast when you first apply it but it disappears. Definitely my favourite! I also use the Kate Somerville Delikate Recovery Cream, Delikate Cleanser and Delikate Serum religiously! These products have helped my skin so much!

Nice texture, wears well all day
I picked this sunscreen because it's fragrance free, no alcohol, and with a good percentage of non-nano zinc oxide, which may give better UVA coverage than the nano ones. It does leave a slight white cast but not bad for my light, yellow undertone skin. It kind of has a soft, blurring effect on skin. It's easy to apply, adheres well, and doesn't dry out my dry skin like many of the zinc oxide sunscreens did by the end of the day. Overall a decent product.

Get it if you are allergic to chemical sunscreen.
It's a good quality mineral SPF, but not if you have dehydrated skin as it's not got any moisturising qualities. Yes, it does leave a white cast and I am fair. Having said that it's quite light and easy to slather on over my gel-cream moisturiser. I would still like to give it 3 stars as it's not heavy and there aren't many options for SPF30 mineral sunscreens out there.

Nice but leaves a white cast
Really nice formula - moisturizing and looks great once it's been on for a couple of hours. However!! I'm mixed-race - olive skin tone - and it leaves a major white cast. I've been mixing it in with my Drunk Elephant bronzing drops and that hides most of the white cast.

Lovely but strong white cast
I absolutely love the texture and feel of this product. Very non greasy. However there is a strong white cast that takes a bit of time to settle into the skin.
