Apply a thin, even layer to a clean, wet face, massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Leave on for up to two minutes. Rinse and gently pat dry.

Leaves skin so smooth and soft!
I love all of the Kate Somerville products, nothing disappoints. This is great as a weekly treatment, clears blemish, dry skin, and keeps my oily skin at bay. Slight tingle will occur but this is normal, only need a pea size so will last you a while. If I’m ever having a break out I will use this in the evening. Would recommend getting in a skincare set, seems to be better valued and can then try some of her other products x

OK, honest review: I got this as a free sample, put it on my damp face (as instructed), and expected to feel a mild tingle. This is not a tingle. This feels like putting vinegar on sunburn, and it hurts like hell. I washed it off just before the allocated 2 mins were up because it burned so much, and vowed to never use it again. Skincare is not supposed hurt... However... ....the next morning I was like, 'Where did my spots go?' Also, my blackheads were more visible and open (no gunk cover, so contents of pores can be more easily extracted with the right product for you...personally I'm enjoying Medik8, but I guess any salicylic will do, including these pads, it's your choice. It's impressive that one use of one product obviously breaks down the surface of a blackhead. Just imagine what a bi-weekly treatment will do). I hereby recommend this (at least for semi-sensitive skin, once a week, normal skin twice a week), mixed with a second cleanser of your choice. Down with this sort of thing. Careful now.

Marvelous the best
I have tried all types of exfoliates but this one you really see true results...I had little white things on my chin I even went to do facial treatments and they said that I had to live with them ...with their treatment, I didn’t see any difference but now...I really do ....they lost the color and are so small that I have to show my boyfriend we’re they were.

It’s quite small for the price paid but that said you only need to use a small amount, it does leave my skin nice and soft but I really don’t like the smell so I probably won’t buy it again.

I have received this as a sample so I haven't test it for a long time. Either way, a small amount of this product goes a long way. After using it on my oily, kind of acne prone yet dehydtated skin, all I can say is that I feel my complexion smoother, more calm, with less redness and fresh. It has a slightly tingling sensation and a strong smell but not on the unpleasant side. SInce my skin is quite tolerant, I haven't notice any problem or redness. Recommended to create the clear canvas needed for the all-night treatments.

LOVE this product
For me this was one of the standout samples in the summer goody bag last year. My skin feels squeaky clean, soft and glowy after use. I find the smell sort of strange but pleasing, and only a small amount is required to scrub the whole face which probably justifies the price. I do intend to purchase when my sample is finished.

Not that impressed, it was very small for the price paid and could have gotten the same result from a cheaper scrub like St Ives
