Not brilliant
An overpriced average cream, I was excited to try as designed for sensitive skin but stings when I apply it and makes me break out. Didn’t find it that moisturising either, have dry patches on my nose which did not go with this cream alone. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.

A very lovely moisturizer
Mrs.Hirons had recommended this cream, and honestly it is what made me try it. And I do not regret it. Yes it is expensive, but I do feel like it is worth the money. For me my skin feels moisturised and good after having used it for 3 weeks. I would love to try the "delikate" cream to compare, but for me its worth the money. HOWEVER, there are also other great creams/lotions in this price range, but this is very mild in a way and just seem to do its job well.

amazing
This moisturizer is perfect for combo to dry skin at night. It is a perfect hydrating but light solution to seal your serums that you used before. This is the best moisturizer Ive used in a long time...worth the money.

Good moisuriser but a little light
It's a fantastic texture, good on application and smells lovely but I find it doesn't last all day and need to reapply. If you skin is more on the combination side and you're under 40 its a winner. If you are on the drier side choose an alternative.

Save your money
For £55 it’s really too much for a cream that’s just average, there’s cheaper alternatives for more product that do the same thing. It has a slippery consistency and doesn’t seem to sink in making my skin feel like it’s sweating. It does not sit under makeup so well as it felt like there was a film on my skin and there was pilling when I’d apply my foundation. It also made my skin even dryer and my redness became worse. I let my mum try it and her eczema became worse 2 weeks after using this cream. Would not recommend for dry skin and overall just wouldn’t recommend for the price with such little product.

Super moisturising but light weight and non greasy
Love this moisturiser! It's super light weight and non greasy so works really well with serums but also works well on its own when I feel my skin needs a break from actives. Really moisturises and leaves my skin feeling calm. Would definitely recommend!

Great
Really light cream, a lot goes a long way. My skin is acne prone and I really struggle to find a cream that doesn’t make my skin greasy. I pair this with The Ordinary’s Hyaluronic acid and my skin feels hydrated. Use morning & night.

Pros and Cons
First off, this is the most I've ever spent on a face product and my second purchase by Kate Somerville. For that price and company I expect to be really impressed, I'll start with the cons - I have sensitive skin and this definitely irritates it a bit, it doesn't provide such moisture as I like when using it alone AND I don't love the fragrance. It states it has been tested on sensitive skin, however I think the brands recovery cream would have been better in hindsight. Now for the pros - it contains lactic acid and a host of good ingredients, despite being a bit harsh for me it also managed to smooth my skin out nicely and even out my skin tone with prolonged use. It doesn't break me out. All in all, I wouldn't buy it again - but I can see it working much better for someone with less sensitive skin.

Just an ok moisturiser
Have been using this for around a month now I have to be honest it’s not exactly blown me away and for the price, it’s just an average cream It sinks in lovely and I adore the smell but feel there may be cheaper alternatives available that do the same
