This is my favorite sleep cap. Soft, comfy and not hot at all. I’ve long hair (almost to waist) and going through menopause and I cannot deal with all the hair at night. The plus is that it is long enough to pull over my eyes to block out the sun!!! It’s amazing.

I wouldn't say this reduces frizziness but i still really like it, it stays on while i sleep although it does slip a little, i put this on after i use their curling rod and wake up with really nice curls!
