The BROW POP Dual-Action Defining Pencil is crammed with nutrient-dense ingredients, feeding brows with castor oil and vitamins while imparting rich, last-all-day pigment that won’t smudge, fade or transfer.
Whether you’re struggling with hair loss, you simply over-tweezed in the ’90s or you just want to add a bit of definition, the BROW POP Dual-Action Defining Pencil will have you covered.
Delivering hair-like fullness and definition to even the sparsest of arches, this pencil features a triangular tip that imparts both thick and whisper-thin strokes. Precise and richly pigmented, you can use it to fill, shape, sculpt, feather and even blend (thanks to the help of a built-in spoolie). Totally vegan and made without the likes of artificial fragrance, silicone, mineral oil or microplastics, this do-good formula even cares for hairs and encourages hair growth via nourishing castor oil and panthenol provitamin B5.

Use the thin tip of the triangle to create hair-like strokes. Use the thicker side to fill in more sparse areas that need a little more love. Then use the spoolie brush to shape it up and blend the pigment through.
Tip: Layer Air Brow tinted gel and/or Air Brow clear gel over Brow Pop for the full Kosas brow look (peak tint, volume and hold).

I bought it just to try it out and because of the cute packaging. I am not the best at doing my brows anyway, but the pencil is too soft and creamy to my liking so that I kind of lose control of it too easily.

The best
I thought all eyebrow pencils were kind of the same. I’ve been using Benefit Precisely My Brow pencil and an Anastasia one, and they’re both absolutely fine, but then I tried this - I can’t even explain it, it stays really nice and sharp at the tip, but it’s not so hard that it doesn’t give enough color payoff or feels scratchy. It’s just somehow easier, faster and better-looking than other pencils. Definitely worth a try!

A sharp end to draw hair strokes and a dull end to fill in. Absolutely perfect. Colour payoff isn’t too strong so I’d recommend a shade darker. Lasts all day with exception to the hairless parts I draw on which are the inner corners and the top arch which smudge after some hours however no pencil is going to not smudge in those areas after a long wear. I’m happy with this pencil and will stick with it for as long as it’s here for.
