Very hydrating and has a lovely minty scent that feels very cooling on the lips. I got the shade 'flow' and it's a beautiful buildable rose-brown, that leaves a bit of a tint behind even when the lip balm has been wiped off.

The perfect lip balm!
I cannot overstate how much I adore this lip balm. I have the shade ‘Rush’ and it delivers the perfect amount of colour, while being the ideal combination of a balm, gloss and lipstick - not too pigmented, not too ‘slippy’. I have the recently launched Wet Stick in a couple of shades and they’re way too oily to be worn as a tinted balm. Lip Fuel’s texture, on the other hand, is absolutely perfect. It tastes like peppermint and toffee, but the scent/taste isn’t overpowering. Please don’t ever discontinue this!!!

I really enjoy the Kosas lip fuels. I have 2. They feel lovely on the lips and I think there is a good amount of pigment - more than I expected for a balm. They work well over or under lipsticks and I do find them softening and hydrating. I’m not sure about the plumping though. I don’t see that on me. Also perfect for natural or no makeup makeup looks. I really like that it is a clean beauty product too.
