Great feel
I use this as both a moisturiser and SPF, which frees up time when I’m getting ready in the morning and I love the way it feels on my skin. I just wish the packaging was different as it feels like you’re using a lot to get full coverage of face and neck.

Great under make-up
I’ve used La Roche Posay and the Effaclar range for years and it’s great for my sensitive, oily and blemish prone skin. The standard Effaclar Duo+ is the moisturiser I always come back to and in the summer I layer with one of the brands specific factor 50+ suncreams which are the only ones I can use daily without upsetting my skin. This product is great for year round day to day wear and particularly for under makeup. It’s slightly thicker than the none SPF version so needs a bit longer to sink in, but makeup goes on well over the top and I’ve had no issues with pilling as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. For me, it’s a repeat buy.

I love the lightness of this! I haven’t been using it long only a couple of days but it’s definitely one of the best SPFs i’ve used so far. I would say that if you use a thicker cream like the ct magic cream make sure you let it sink in before putting on the SPF or you get flaky skin which is not a look. If you have darker skin like myself I would say that it initially leaves a bit of a white cast which i think the fenty spf is better for a range of skin tones (hence the 4 not 5 star). But amazing for the price in comparison to other brands.

I usually use the standard effaclar duo+ in the am and pm as I swear by it for keeping my skin clear. Then a tarted using this one in the day and it’s thicker and feels more luxurious. I was worried it would give me breakouts because of the texture. But none so far. My 39yo skin loves this brand. My skin glows!
