Give skin a deep cleanse with the Micro-Peeling Purifying Gel Wash from French skincare brand La Roche-Posay’s Effaclar range, targeted at oily, blemish and acne-prone skin. The foaming body and facial wash is specially formulated for persistent and stubborn imperfections.
Enriched with a blend of powerful actives including Salicylic Acid (2%), LHA (0.05%), Zinc (0.2%) and La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring water, the cleanser works to decongest clogged pores of bacteria and impurities that can lead to excess sebum production and breakouts. Performing a micro-exfoliation to gently, yet effectively, purge skin of daily pollutants and acne-inducing bacteria, the purifying wash refreshes skin from top to toe with its gentle, alcohol-free formula. Dermatologically-tested and safe for use on even the most sensitive skin types, the hypoallergenic gel wash imparts a cooling sensation with menthol for an invigorating cleanse.

Suffer from acne
I’ve been using this for nearly a year now and it’s literally a game changer for Cystic acne! I’ve been on everything from the Dr and I’ve also used Obagi 3 step system. They do work but also it’s a lot of chemicals to be putting onto your skin! Once I started using this, it took around 3 weeks to see all my active acne vanish and my skin was literally GLOWING. As a very sensitive acne-prone skin gal with a combination (both oily and dry) tone, I like this moisturiser. It has a strong lather, so a whole pump is too much for a solid cleanse. It therefore will last for ages. It seems to do good for my skin with the slight exfoliation. Doesn’t leave your face feeling dry/stripped of oil, which is ideal. It was recommended by my derm, and I would buy again.
