Essential for me
This stuff is essentially just water in a spray can but it is so refreshing when out and about, the can keeps the water spray very cool so its summer its amazing.

I have been using this thermal spray for well over a year now, and I find it to be amazing. I find this is the best way to use with any serums containing hyaluronic acid. I believe it also has really good skin healing qualities as well as I’ve used it on my kids when their faces have been dry or irritated by the cold weather.

I switch between this and the Avene thermal spring water spray, but out of the two I do prefer this one. It's better value for money and I also prefer the way it sprays out. I apply it after cleansing and before my moisturiser to lock in extra hydration. I have combination / sensitive / acne prone skin and find this very calming, and also very cooling and refreshing when the weather is hot.

I always heard about the benefits of adding this to your skincare routine but never really bothered before. I mean its only water right but no. Omg, this product has changed my skin. It's a perfect mist for this heat but the best thing about this product is how well it makes the rest of my products sink into my skin.
