Like magic
I have suffered with sore, dry, cracked, flaky lips for about a year and was a chronic bitter. No matter how much lip salve I applied they never seemed to heal and it was painful and embarrassing. Decided to give this a go but wasn’t very optimistic. After using for about a month my lips are now finally healed and back to normal! I’m so happy because I was beginning to lose hope. I apply it every night before bed and also in the morning as well if I’m not wearing a lipstick, it’s shiny enough to look like a gloss and isn’t too sticky. It comes with a mini spatula to help apply it and a little goes a long way. It also smells amazing! I hope they bring out a version in a tube so you can use it on the go. Would 100% recommend. Haven’t found anything that works this well or moisturises so deeply. If you have really sore lips like I did give it a chance and patient because it will pay off.

Reduced chapping and improved softness
I suffer from dry chapped lips badly in the winter months and lip balm during the day is sometimes not enough. I purchased Laneige after reading the reviews on it and so far its doing the job! I don't find it sticky at all and my lips are nice and soft when I wake up in the morning. I wouldn't say it's potent enough for me to not need to use lip balm throughout the day as well but I am using it far less and my lips feel much more comfortable. Maybe in the summer that will be the case. Also like other reviews mention, the pot is small but packs a lot of product so it will last ages. For that I'd say its been worth the money!

Use it one time and it is amazing. Use it every night for a while and your lips will be mega dry and... fried. They look as if I have spent a month at the North Pole. They hurt as well from so much dryness.

New thoughts on the mask
In the beginning, as my first review suggested, I was super thrilled with the mask. It was summer, it was very pleasant to use. The smell of the classic one is good. But after one month of use before bed I started noticing I wake up and my lips are super dry, especially at the corners of my mouth. I drink enough water and this does not happen with any other night mask I own. I switched to another mask and the issue was resolved right away. Will try their other lip treatment and will use this one as lipstick prep only from now on.
