Place the Lash-Hugging Soft Helix Brush at the base of the lashes. Wiggle side to side before combing up to ensure you are densely coating each lash. Repeat as desired to build volume, fanning the lashes out as you comb up.

Nice but expensive
I didn’t love this mascara. It felt very heavy on my eyelashes and I always seemed to get it on my skin and eyelids

Wand is too big
First, the packaging is too heavy. Second, the wand is really big, and although I have used bigger and fluffier wands from over brands, when they work well, they manage to give good length and definition, but this one is just unruly and leaves a lot of smudges. Did not enjoy using this mascara.

Great Results
I really like this mascara. I’m usually a mascara snob but this stuff is really nice! I get good definition, volume, and length. Really pleased and it may well be my new go-to

Not worth the price
I usually love Laura Mercier but this product is not worth the price and is really messy to put on and often gives me clumps of mascara.

Love it
This mascara does everything I want-- it builds volume without clumping, and does so quickly, stays all day and is easy to clean off. It also took about 6 months before it started drying out in the tube. Solid mascara.

Solid mascara
It's not my favourite mascara ever but overall it's a very good product. The brush is indeed quite big which makes the application not super easy. But the mascara is very black and coats the lashes nicely. The formula is not "crunchy" and it has great staying power, it does not smudge easily. But it is also easy to take off which is great. It has both a volumizing as well as a lengthening effect. Overall very good!

Found my Hero Mascara
Lovely product to use. Makes my lashes fuller, and they feel much softer than other brands. Minimal undereye smudges are a big bonus as this is always an issue for me. And it doesn't make my eyes run either, unlike many others I have tried!

I had never tried a Laura Mercier mascara, so decided to give this one a try. For my eyes that are on the smaller side, the brush is a bit too big and the bristles spiral around the brush in a unique way, and it is difficult to apply the mascara from the root of the lashes evenly. Bottom lashes are even harder to apply due to the brush size/design as well. I'd say this mascara provides length and some volume, just nothing life changing. The good thing is, it doesn't smear much, so no panda eyes at the end of the day :) Overall, I'd say I've tried worse mascaras, but also better.

No volume, yes lengthening
I got a sample of this mascara. Used it twice and still don't think it makes any volume to my lashes. It only lengthed the lashes and nothing else. Disappointed.
