As for its brightening capabilities... it's infused with micronised pigments to reduce the appearance of dark circles, pigmentation and uneven tone, while preventing any powder from settling into fine lines. Used to be a favourite, but…
I was repurchasing this, because it used to be my go to under eye setting powder. I didn’t find it especially brightening, but it was nice and finely milled, so it wouldn’t crease, cake or dry out my under eye area. However I feel like that is exactly what it does now (or at least as much as any regular powder), or just straight away glides around. So it has now been abandoned from my vanity to my makeup drawer (R.I.P.)
