This finely milled formula sets your concealer, colour correctors and other under-eye staples in place *and* prolongs the wear for up to 16 hours. As for its brightening capabilities... it's infused with micronised pigments to reduce the appearance of dark circles, pigmentation and uneven tone, while preventing any powder from settling into fine lines.
