Place a small amount on the back of your hand and apply to clean skin with fingertips mirror optional! Laura recommends starting at the outer portion of the face and working inwards toward the nose. Avoid excess application around the contours of the face. Repeat application until desired coverage is achieved.
For best results, use after your preferred {primer}. For extended wear, follow with {Translucent Loose Setting Powder}.

Better than expected for oily skin
Laura Mercier is known for base products and whilst I am not the biggest fan of the powder, this is the first tinted moisturised that I thought I should try as an oily skin gal. I'd definitely recommend to get swatched in person first because it oxidises (I had heard this from a makeup artist too) - I got Petal and after 5-10 minutes it was so close to my skin tone even though initially it might have looked a bit fair - I'm shade Mont Blanc in Nars light reflecting foundation for ref. Decent coverage for days where I'm working for home and am going out just for errands or on dog walks and want to look decent when meeting fellow pawrents. You can never go wrong with a travel size because it lasts a bit and you don't have to commit to the (a bit higher than you'd want) price for the full-size version :) (yes, it will look glowy after a few hours on oily skin, but it's a tinted moisturiser, not foundation and it can cling a little bit in the first 30-60 mins to texture like a pimple you didn't leave alone)

Really nice tinted moisturiser, easy to apply and leaves a natural, fairly matte finish. It helps to blur imperfections but my only issue is the shade. Difficult to choose the exact shade for you online, I ordered Cameo, I have fairly pale skin but this shade is very pale and makes me look a bit washed out!

Natural looking
This is by far my favorite product and I tried many! It has light but buildable most natural coverage. It is hydrating but not greassy. Easy to apply with brush, fingers beauty blender.. I will buy it again.

I was expecting this to be super light coverage however I would say it’s a more light/medium coverage - which I don’t mind. I would say that if you have oily skin, it’s not really suitable. It does make you look more oily as the day progresses. Again, I do actually like the product but if you’re looking for something more matte this isn’t for you. Colour is really nice anyway and matches really well with my skin tone. I would probably use the product again as a back up however I wouldn’t buy again.

Better Out There
I was recommended this product by a friend so gave this travel size a go but I was left slightly disappointed. I feel this product can look nice as a light base but you have to be far too careful with it. You have to be mindful about what spf you use under it (I always use a separate spf 50, every gosh darn day) and it can either sit nicely or start to look a bit "speckled". I find you can't use too much of this as it will start to bunch and slip, particularly as the day goes on and your natural oils start to come through. It wears ok for a few hours but as you can't start off with much to begin with, by the end of the day it almost disappears. I won't be buying the full size version and will be sticking to the Urban Decay Hydromaniac.

Perfect size for travelling
I bought this for 2 reasons 1 I needed to try a new colour as my skin tone has changed and 2 I wanted a smaller size for going on holiday this was Perfect. I’ve worn Laura Mercier oil free tinted moisturiser for years it lasts for ages as a little goes a long way I would highly recommend this.
