'Everyday' essential...
The Little One is the first palette from the brand released in the UK. The matte creamy off-white [First Base] and the matte black [Plunge] are the same as the ones from their first large palette [The One], but the other six shades are new. The formulas for The Little One eyeshadow palette are all greate; six non-flat mattes with great pigmentation [a little goes a long way, but it isn't majorly intense in one swipe], smooth application, non-flat, and extremely easy to blend. The two metallic shades are both smooth, fully opaque and very shiny. There's barely any kick-up or fallout from the formulas, and I have had excellent weartime - no colour-fade or creasing. The colour story isn't anything close to original, but the light, medium & dark shade selection is nicely balanced, which is really inspiring. The palette is well worth the price as the product quality is fantastic. Having said all of that, if I lost this I wouldn't bother to replace it; mine was a gift and I continually use it happily and have been pleased with the results every time, but I personally already own very similar shades so wouldn't have picked up this colour story on my own. I do recommend this to people with small collections, and I'm interested to see what they come up with in the future.
