It's then spiced by cumin before warming into middle notes of vetiver and soft cedarwood. This perfume then deepens into a base of skin-like musk, sensual guaiac wood, rich agarwood, balsamic olibanum and ambery labdanum that give this aroma a sensual twist. COMING UP ROSES (Kind of)
This is a long time favourite of mine. Exceptional sillage, spiced woody depth with a very gentle whisper of elegant rose. Less woody than it sounds, more earthy in my opinion. Although I will say if you're blind buying - this isn't a rose fragrance at all. It has just the slightest suggestion of rose as if someone wearing a rose perfume gave you a hug and it stayed on your jacket for a week and has basically faded away. I am in love with this fragrance, but in case anyone is wondering how rose-centric it is -- that's the true fragrance expert take.

I am a Le Labo superfan, tried this over winter and find it just ok. It’s definitely a complex rose, but I find it a bit fusty. I don’t think it lasts as long as the other scents either.

I'm a Le Labo super fan, Rose31 was my next in line to try. It's not an obvious floral, very earthy and Vetiver heavy. I like it but don't LOVE it as much as Baie19 and The Noir - these last longer and people always ask what perfume I'm wearing.
