Perfect for people that don’t like tablets
I purchased these for my 18 year old son who doesn’t like taking tablets. Concerned he needed vitamins when I saw these I knew they would be ideal. He says he no longer has that dip in the afternoon and his eyes seem brighter too. He’s since repurchase these many times

Not convinced
I've waited to review to give these patches a fair chance. I've been using them almost every day for two months, and I have to be honest, I've not really noticed any difference. I love the idea, I'm just not feeling any difference in my energy levels which is the easiest of the advertised benefits to notice. The patches are a little tricky to get off the paper, but on the whole they stick well to my skin and don't come off until I take them off. Probably won't repurchase.
