It can be used to outline and fill the lips for long-lasting colour and increased lipstick wear. For all-over lip application, apply and blend immediately, as it is waterproof.
1. Start at the top of Cupid's bow and carefully outline it.
2. Move to the centre of the lips and define.
3. Define the corners of the lips.
4. Blend inwards, starting from the corners, work towards the centre for a plumping effect.

i do think this is great as a lip liner for all the reasons it touts. but once i apply a lip balm on top (ole henriksen, summer fridays, et al) i'm not sure it lasts significantly longer than the regular artist colour pencil? still good though.
