M & G candles are devine. This Leather fragrance is gorgeous for winter and especially the festive period. Different to your “Christmas/winter spice” type fragrances (which I can not bear) but giving you an earthy luxurious fragrance that carries around the home really nicely. If you’re careful not to let the candle tunnel you should gets hours and hours of fragrance.

The scent is very similar (though maybe less sweet?) and most surprisingly, the hot throw seems just as good as Le Labo’s powerful classic. If you’ve never smelled either, it’s a bit like sitting on the most luxurious leather sofa. I expect I’ll be burning it a lot when autumn comes around
