Not bad…
I did have to take these for at least 2 months before seeing any difference. I suffer from flaking nails and these did seem to help and made my nails stronger.

I have been taking these gummies with regularity and I am very pleased that they are Vegan as this fits with my diet. They taste very fruity and last quite a while so it's an enjoyable experience to take these vitamins.
