Great Introduction to Vitamins
Firstly, these are so tasty and such an enjoyable way to introduce vitamins into your diet. I personally have never managed to get through a tub of vitamins whereas I went through these so fast!

I really struggle with sleep and have done for the past two years since suffering with anxiety. Deep topic I know, but I think it's important to try and find alternatives away from prescribed sleeping methods which often make you feel drowsy or wiped out the next day. Since I've tried these Serene gummies, they've really put my body in a relaxed state and honestly make me feel heavy and sleepy and it feels amazing and i love that they are natural. It does relief a bit of that anxiety feeling I get and just keeps my mind come at night.

I've only been taking these for a few weeks so it's hard to tell if I have noticed a significant difference yet but it's nice to know that I'm getting a good amount of antioxidants and nutrients into my body! What I can definitely confirm though, is that they taste AMAZING, I really look forward to eating these in the evenings!
