Prepare your nails by removing any oil from your nails using the Green Flash gentle remover.
Apply a thin layer of the Green Flash base coat. Be sure to cap the free edge of the nail by running the brush over the tip of your nail to prevent lifting.
Cure under lamp for two minutes if you are using the 24W Led Lamp. Timing may vary if using a different lamp.
Apply colour in three or four brush strokes only, using as little product as possible. Repeat for a second layer.
Apply a thin layer of the Green Flash top coat and cure under lamp for three minutes.
To remove, apply Green Flash remover to a cotton pad and then onto nail, hold in place using nail clips and leave on for two minutes.

Great home kit
So I don't have the patience to go have my nails don't professionally so I was looking for a kit to get professional results but with the convience of doing it at home. Also I am conscious of potential damage when removing gel from nails. This brand and kit for me are perfect. The application and removal process is great and easy to do at home. The results as good although never going to match the results when having nails done by a professional but for me still a quality result. I'm not sure I agree that they last 10 days, maybe on feet but not on hands (for me). I have only used neutral colours so far and did notice chippings by the 5th day but I have my hands in water frequently. Overall I still think its a good kit and it includes everything you need to apply and remove polish.

It chips - immediately & on different nails over several days, despite following instructions on several occasions. The result is always nails that end up looking bad and messy after less than a day. Save yourself the money - it’s a lot to spend on a kit for nails that look like any old polish has been used. V disappointed.

I've never been a gel nail fan, I think they make your nails feel so fragile and just not worth the damage caused. This on the other hand seems really gentle in comparison, but still has the benefit of staying put. I have a very busy job, and this manages to remain unchipped and looking good as new after a week. The removal process is super quick and easy. Application does take a little time and practice, and I think nail prep is key to it looking neat and lasting a while. Big fan!

I’d say this is an intermediate between wearing a normal polish and a gel polish. It doesn’t last as long as gel polish but it removes easily in a few minutes and my nails always look healthy. The polish is really shiny and you do get a perfect manicured effect.

I purchased this set a couple of months ago and wow, I wish I’d found Manucurist sooner. The nail polish is easy to apply, looks like gels, lasts like gels and the removal is easy, quick and oh so satisfying! My nails have genuinely never been in such good condition since switching to this brand - I found gel polish really dried my nails out, resulting in very ridged nails. Since using Manucurist my nails are super healthy and no longer have ridges!
