I'm using this on my son who's got pimples now. Firstly you shouldn't shake it when you will use it. You need the pink part of the bottle. Not the liquid part. My son doesn't like the sting or the smell but its effective in drying pimples. Pimples are almost gone the next day.

It does what it says but I've found that the Malin + Goetz paste works much better for me. Not sure if it has a higher sulphur concentration but it brings my spots to a surface quicker that Mario Badescu.

Its not a miracle worker and it doesnt always work (I guess it depends on the spots?) but when it does work, its great! I find it quite difficult to get the pink powder at the bottom especially there's not much left.
