Effective but thin
I really liked this serum, which I mixed with The Ordinary hyaluronic acid in the morning, but it’s a bit more watery than my favourite vitamin C serum so I wouldn’t choose to repurchase.

My favourite vitamin c serum
This is the third time I re-purchase this serum. It’s the only vitamin c serum I’ve tried that doesn’t dry my skin out or cause irritation. The texture is like a light oil but it’s absorbed quickly and can be used under moisturiser and make up without pilling. It gives a lovely glow without looking too shiny.

For young skin
This is probably the best vit c on the market and great for young skin suffering from acne, the luxe version for mature is what I (46) use as it’s stronger. I got it for my daughter (17) who suffered from acne, got treated but has now scars and so this one seems to help her brighten and slowly get rid of the scars on her cheeks .. her skin is dewy and she doesn’t need a foundation to cover
