Making skin care simple, Medik8 takes the fuss out of caring for your complexion. Powered by three key ingredients: vitamin C, vitamin A and non-negotiable SPF, the brand's signature skin care saviours are famed for their potent potions. A case in point is the Liquid Peptides (30ml), a daily serum that smooths, plumps and hydrates your complexion.
On the hunt for a treatment that boosts elasticity and firms the skin? Look no further than the Liquid Peptides (30ml) from Medik8.
Powered by ten different types of peptides (AKA short chains of amino acids), this lightweight serum works to firm and plump the complexion while also reducing the appearance of fine lines and deep-set wrinkles. Its powerful formula also calls on the hydrating hero that is hyaluronic acid which draws in and retains up to 1,000 times its weight in water. The result? Skin that looks supple and oh-so smooth.

Holy grail
I cannot rate this product highly enough. I look like I’ve had a good night’s sleep even when I haven’t. Let it dry and it isn’t tacky. I love it

Medik8 peptide serum
Recommended to me by a Cult Consultant. I use it to seal in Hyaluronic Acid. Feels a bit tacky at first and there's a taut feeling. Just be sure to let it dry completely before applying anything else on top. At my age, I don't expect any dramatic change, but it all feels good.

Nice hydrating serum
Really nice, high quality serum, with a lovely bouncy feel to it. Absorbs quickly, and layers well. Act as more of a hydrating serum, and I didn't see huge changes in any fine lines/wrinkles or overall condition in my skin. Although very hydrating I do not think this is occlusive enough to be used as a moisturiser.

Perfect day serum
Love this - the ingredients list is incredibly impressive, and the formula is extremely pleasant to use. Unlike the other reviewer, I actually don't find it tacky at all - it feels like water to me and sinks in instantly. Also looking at that smorgasbord of peptides - it's 100% a serum and not just moisturising! I was using The Ordinary's Buffet for my peptide serum, but the technology in this feels more advanced (as it should for the price difference). I will keep purchasing this to keep my skin in good shape over the years.

Not a serum
Okay. I'm halfway through the bottle now and think I can finalise my opinion about it. It's not a terrible product, it's moisturising and it gives a nice sheen to your skin. However, it's marketed as a lightweight serum. But I don't think it's a serum. It's like a gel moisturiser. I like layering a couple of lightweight serums, but I can't layer anything over this. Because this product leaves a slightly tacky feeling on your skin. It's a nice moisturiser though because moisturisers are supposed to provide this veil of moisturisation on your skin and this is what this product does. It is NOT a serum in my opinion. And no anti-aging or softening of fine line effects I'm seeing. Just basic moisturisation.
