No complaints - it’s a good product
Borrowed my sisters a few times and really loved it. Does a great job at depuffing and leaving the eye feeling soft and looking bright. Decided to buy my own instead of continue stealing my sisters, haha.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and it hasn’t wowed me. I was expecting to see better results for its price, but after having used it every night, I can’t see any difference from other lower priced products. I also have very dry skin and this is definitely not moisturising like I’ve read in other reviews.

It’s the first time that I use this kind of eye serum. I was not sure at first as my eye area is dry and sensitive, but I love this product. I use it in my night routine and my skin feels very smooth and hydrated. I’d definitely buy it again.

Irritated my eyes
I absolutely love black Retinoate Intense but the white eye serum was a big disappointment. Just a couple of uses irritated my eyes. I started having painful little bumps on my eyelids even though I was careful not to apply it on my eyelids. When I stopped using the serum the problem was gone and then it came back when I started using it again. It is quite surprising because I had no reaction from the black Retinoate when I applied it around my eye area and I generally never had any allergic reaction from any of the eye creams/serums used in the past. So a big waste of money for me (but I still love black Retinoate).

It really does what it says
I have been using this daily without fail for about two years, together with other products from the range. I simply wouldn't be without it and always have a spare for fear of running out. My skin has never been better and I am 75 now. It really does what it says but it's important to use with Vitamin C cream and sunscreen to avoid damage. It has a nice consistency and faint apricot scent, and disappears instantly in to the skin.

A moisturising, high performance retinol
Most retinol-based eye creams that delivery on line-reducing and skin-thickening tend to dry out my lower eye area; this is not only gentle, but also deeply moisturising. There's no scent and it sinks in quickly so you don't have to wait for ages to do your makeup. One would have to use this for at least three months to see any skin thickening, line reducing results, but r-Retinoate has brightened my dull [normally] grey under-eye area a treat in four weeks. It's worth being gentle with the pump otherwise you end up with a full face worth, I do love an exact pump, but apart from that this is a really stonking eye cream for the 40+ Even though it is a stable form of Retinol for the day - quite a formulary feat BTW - make sure you still wear SPF even in the UK.
