After cleansing in the evening, massage two pumps evenly across face, neck and décolletage. This product should be phased in gradually as it contains retinal. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. You should use a sunscreen every morning while using vitamin A.

Probably the best cream I have ever used
I had this in my advent calendar and with so many other products I didn’t get around to using it for a while but wow when I did……it’s remarkable and really made a huge difference to my skin. I really want to make this apart of my everyday routine but alas it is out of my budget at the moment. However it will be the first thing I treat myself to when I have the funds and if it ever comes back into stock. A miracle worker even on my tired to year old skin.

Perfect
Firstly, I really liked the texture of the product: super soft, light, without stickiness and viscosity. Very comfortable. Secondly, in the spring, moisturizing only this cream was enough for my combi skin (I used a toner and this cream). And, of course, the effect! In my opinion, retinol is strong here. For 1.5 months, it brightened, moisturized, and tightened the skin well. Great strong product.

Best retinol
This product is one of the only creams that have made a significant change in the texture of my skin and helped with fine lines and dark spots. When I wake up after wearing it at night my skin is plump and glowing. Price point is very high, but I will say that it is worth it considering how much product you get and the results of frequent usage.

Worth every penny
This cream is way above my normal skincare budget. But having had a sample I discovered how great it is. I have actually switched from a retinal with a higher percentage but get better results and clarity with this. Luckily a little goes a long way so it lasts ages too.

I’ve been using the medik8 intense for a number of years now. I love the results. My skin has become much more hydrated and fine lines around mouth and eyes have definitely improved. I’m 55 and my skin feels better then it did in my 30.s I’ve noticed a vast improvement in pore size which makes my foundation look and go on so much better. The product is expensive but you can use it alone so there is no need to add other products to the night time routine which I like. It’s best to work up with a lower retinol before using this as can feel very dry at first but after a while of continuing use it glides on in just few pumps and feels super moisturising. I love it 😻

The best cream I've ever used.
I got a sample of this in the advent calendar and only just ran out. It leaves my skin glowing and amazing looking the next morning and doesn't irritate it at all. It's a beautiful cream but simply too expensive to repurchase.

Miracle cream
I purchased this after receiving a bottle in my Cult Beauty advent Calendar. It really makes a difference to fine lines and my skin looked plumper. It is very pricey though so it won’t be a regular unfortunately.
