After cleansing in the evening, massage two pumps evenly across face, neck and décolletage. This product should be phased in gradually as it contains retinal. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. You should use a sunscreen every morning while using vitamin A.

Amazing
I’ve been using the medik8 intense for a number of years now. I love the results. My skin has become much more hydrated and fine lines around mouth and eyes have definitely improved. I’m 55 and my skin feels better then it did in my 30.s I’ve noticed a vast improvement in pore size which makes my foundation look and go on so much better. The product is expensive but you can use it alone so there is no need to add other products to the night time routine which I like. It’s best to work up with a lower retinol before using this as can feel very dry at first but after a while of continuing use it glides on in just few pumps and feels super moisturising. I love it 😻

The best cream I've ever used.
I got a sample of this in the advent calendar and only just ran out. It leaves my skin glowing and amazing looking the next morning and doesn't irritate it at all. It's a beautiful cream but simply too expensive to repurchase.

Miracle cream
I purchased this after receiving a bottle in my Cult Beauty advent Calendar. It really makes a difference to fine lines and my skin looked plumper. It is very pricey though so it won’t be a regular unfortunately.

No irritation, good retinol product
I have normal, slightly more oily around the t-zone skin, my main concerns are fine lines especially around the eyes and mouth and dull skin. While the crystal retinal 6 irritated quite a lot my skin, this one is much more gentle in my experience. It has nice consistency and it is a product that does it all, I just wash my face put the cream on and go to bed - cannot be easier. Does it do what it says on the label, I think so. I also use a red light therapy device, so in my opinion my skin does not get worse with time, which is quite good. Let me add, I have trouble sleeping, lots of stress, so this takes quite a toll on my skin. Lots of sleep, healthy diet, exercise and happy life - no cream can beat that. At the end, I think this is one of the more expensive products that are worth their price, of course there are so many retinol products to fit every budget and need.
