Long gone are the days when our fave products did one thing well and one thing only. Milk Makeup’s Blur Stick is a multi-tasking hero; it minimises the appearance of pores, it helps makeup glide on smoothly, combats shine and secures makeup in place throughout the day… Phew. Weightless and oh-so smooth, the hardworking primer uses blurring microsphere technology to reduce visible pore size, fine lines and blemishes – so basically, it’s like a real-life FaceTune. Perfect for all skin tones, it’s gorgeous worn alone as a ‘your skin but better’ base or will give your make up an extra dose of staying power.
Milk Makeup’s Blur Stick has been worshipped across the beauty world with good reason. Delivering an airbrushed soft-focus effect, the primer contains powder-filled blurring microspheres which grant a pore-reducing, fine line-busting, blemish-smoothing finish. The clever technology even smooths over blemishes and imperfections, leaving you with a fresh canvas to apply your make up to. Speaking of which, the product helps your make up look immaculate and stay put for longer. A great pick for normal to oily skin, the Blur Stick banishes excess shine and mattifies skin – T-zone, we’re looking at you. Blemish-prone skin types need not fear breakouts either as the formula is silicone-free, paraben-free and non-comedogenic, meaning that it won’t clog pores. Add to that its cruelty-free and 100% vegan credentials, and it’s no wonder this Holy Grail primer has taken the beauty realm by storm.

Uhhhh
I got it in my Goody Bag, and happy not to buy it by myself as it makes my skin dry. And I don’t see any reason to use this for my make up routine.

Probably better for people with oily skin
Although it mentions in the description that this product is a great pick for NORMAL TO OILY skin... I believe its ONLY suited to people with oily skin. I have combination skin and whenever I have used this I can not see/tell a difference at all!!! :(((( My sister on the other hand, who has oily skin, tried this product and it worked better on her! (Her skin looked slightly smoother).

Not a success
I received this in a Goody Bag, tried it out four times under different conditions and threw it away afterwards. I am at a loss as to what this is supposed to do. My skin is on the dry side (not parch dry, but rather dry than oily); when I followed the blur stick with a light layer of foundation it collected it in a few places. Changed foundation, same result. Tried it on half of my face the next day, the side with the blur stick on looked worse than the other one. Not for me.

useless
First Milk product I tried (I was sooo looking forward to it coming in the Goody Bag since Milk doesn't ship to HK). Totally disappointed. What does it do? I see no difference on my skin...

Leaves makeup cakey
Leaves makeup looking cakey and slips off within a couple of hours. Leaves face feeling oily and leaves orange patches around the eyebrow area. Avoid. Waste of money. Only good thing about it is the smell.

Not for dry skin
I got this in the Cult goody bag - my skin is relatively dry, and so this product did not work at all. Skin looked even drier, makeup patchy, and fine lines more pronounced. Difficult to apply also - as it is quite a dry product, it didnt spread well over my dry skin. However, I can see the product might be effective for people with oily skin!

Have seen better
This came in my goody bag and was the first Milk product I tried. Literally didn’t do anything for my complexion. Saw no difference on it's own or under foundation. I much prefer primers by Becca and Oskia.

Blur stick
Was not as impressed as I thought I would be. Yes it does work but I didn't find the application that brilliant and I do have products that work better.

Easy use lightweight stick
Got this stick in my goody bag. It doesn’t matify like benefit base, but the effect is also much natural. I like that it has no silicone, so doesn’t provoke blemishes . I like the form of it- really easy to use and keep in bag. For me it’s a pretty thing to use without any other makeup, my skin looks natural, but blurred.
