Milk Makeup's Hydro Grip Primer (45ml) boasts a silky gel formula that gives your look real staying power while remaining invisible against the skin.
This green-tinted primer glides on smoothly to form a layer that locks make up in place for up to 12 hours while granting a natural, dewy finish. Our favourite part? The formula is enriched with nourishing aloe water, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide *and* blue agave extract (hello hydration...) to deliver good-to-skin benefits at the same time. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. Blend a thin layer onto clean skin before make up application. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other make up on top for smoother application that lasts all day, or wear alone for fresh-faced, glassy skin.

Does the job well
I tried this first of all as I had it as a free mini sample with a purchase and it worked so well. My other primer is quite large and so I decided to grab this as a good travel companion when Im away. It really does a great job of minimising pores and fine lines (I have quite large pores so thats a bit yes from me!). My make up holds all day although I do find I have to be careful not to put my base on too quickly after applying this or it tends to pil a little bit...other than that, a fab primer and one Ill definitely repurchase.

Disappointing
I was hoping I’d live this as much as everyone else but it pilled up and made my skin look so dry. Perhaps I didn’t apply it properly but every time I try it the same thing happens. Quite disappointing, I’d try the setting spray instead!

nice primer, makeup on top looks glowy and hydrated and it does smooth the skin! super sticky hence the grip on the name. however, maybe too overpriced for a primer.

Piled and went brown
I bought this and it never worked for me. Whenever I tried my makeup piled majorly underneath, even when I tried lots of tips and methods. Was too sticky and eventually it turned a weird brown colour. Maybe better for different skin types.
