It’s hiiiigh time you introduced naturally lit plant-derived oil into your make up regime – and we’ve got just the thing! Granting weightless volume that adds some serious ‘oomph’ to your mascara, Milk Makeup’s unique vegan formula thickens lashes while hydrating them. Harnessing the powers of plant-derived oil, it conditions every hair and grants a creamy, glide-on texture void of clumps or snagging. Added to the mix are teeny, hollow heart-shaped fibres that cling to individual lashes for a fl-utterly intense finish with long-lasting volume.
Take your mascara to the next level with a Milk Makeup’s game-changing lash primer. Spiked with plenty of hair-happy ingredients including naturally lit plant-derived oil, this ultra-creamy formula has many talents: it hydrates, conditions and amps up the volume in your lashes. On a mission to deliver 100% vegan products that are packed with good-for-you ingredients, Milk Makeup swapped beeswax – a common binding ingredient in mascaras – with plant-derived oil which has the joint (*cough*) benefits of nourishing the lashes while ensuring a creamy texture that glides on seamlessly from root to tip. The hi-tech product also contains hollow heart-shaped fibres that lock onto each individual lash for phenomenal (flake-free) fullness, width and length, alongside a sling of natural nourishers – think: sunflower seed oil, poppy seed oil and capuacu butter – to grant and seal in moisture. Slick this on prior to your mascara and watch in awe as your lashes get a major dose of volume that lasts and lasts…

Good primer
Purchased this because another review said it was like shiseido primer - a discontinued HG of mine. It is an excellent primer, but a little thicker than the shiseido so you have to be quite light handed with it to prevent clumping. Also, the colour of this means that you need to be very careful to make sure you properly cover it with your mascara or it can end up looking a bit grey.

Repurchase
I have used several lash primers over the years, but this is by far the best of them all. I lost my own lashes after chemo & what did grow back was sparse & thin, but this primer makes ALL the difference.

I use a primer always. This is great to make your mascara thicker and more intense. Love it.

Love!!
I always use a lash primer. Tried Milk's & fell in love. Switched from my OG Tarte one to this. Thickens & add's length.

The WOW factor
I am personally quite upset with myself for not trying the Kush Lash Primer sooner, I've been looking for a replacement for my HG discontinued lash primer from Shiseido for YEARS and I think I've finally found it at Milk! While I don't usually go for a white lash primer, you don't see the colour at all after going in with your mascara, and the impact this makes on my usual mascara is incredible. I have always used tubing mascaras due to my oily eyelids as they really keep smuding at bay, but they can be quite natural in their finish and I do miss a more dramatic lash. It takes a little getting used to as the formula is quite thick, but the results are out of this world. I get lift, hold and volume in the flick of a brush. I like to let this dry slightly before going in with my mascara (Hourglass Unlocked) as I find it gives a little more hold and density. After finishing sweeping through my mascara my lashes are defined, volumised and lengthened, but never clumpy. It stays all day long and I've even tested this under a mask, no smudge and no budging! Thank you Milk, I've finally found my dream lash primer!

another can't recommend product
I have always used Estee Lauders Little black primer and I'm going straight back to it, this primer does not apply nicely and I can't see any benefit from using it, it adds nothing to my lashes and used with the mascara, it just doesn't make the grade, honestly I've had better results from drug store mascaras and primers

Does the job and doesn’t flake
Kush mascara is great on its own for making lashes look thicker and longer plus not budging but for extra security eg. at long events or weddings, etc. I like to use this. It does the job, doesn’t flake or make your lashes feel brittle. Solid product.

Great product, rubbish wand
Firstly, this product really works - adds noticeable volume and length to lashes. For this alone I would have given five stars. However, the wand is terrible. It holds far too much primer which then comes off in clumps onto the lashes. The only way to use it is to wipe the wand off with a tissue prior to application, which is a complete waste of the product. Such a shame.

Its ok
I found this difficult to work with on my lashes due to the amount of product that comes off the wand and it does not hold a curl while waiting for it to dry. However, tried this on my brows before using the brow gel and it gives your brows some nice extra volume.
