I wouldn’t say it completely cleared out my bacne but it definitely reduced it in a noticeable amount. But use a gentle body cleanser beforehand and don’t forget to moisturize because it is very drying due to the alcohol in it.

Must buy!!!
If you've ever suffered from chest and back acne then this is the product for you. I'm 43 and still get teenage spots. This product had been the first ever treatment that has worked. I've been to doctors dermatologists and nothing seemed to help I've been using this now for over a month and still on my first bottle. Will definately buy some more.

A must have...
Quite literally the only place I break out is on my back, and Murad's spray is the only product that clears up the acne with dependability. The spray works in all directions, esp. for hard to reach areas, won't dry out the skin (but use it consistently). Stock up on this!
