Smooth 1-2 pumps onto dry (yes, dry) skin. Wet your fingertips and gently massage for 15 seconds. Immerse compress cloth in warm/hot water, wring tightly then hold steamy compress against your face, inhaling deeply to find your inner stillness. Wipe away with slow and deliberate movements. Repeat compress 2-4 times. Master this step and your skin will thank you forever.

Amazing cleanser
This is by far the best hot cloth cleanser I have ever used. Having tried a few of the famous names around town, balm and cream, I have finally found a hot cloth cream cleanser that not only leaves my skin smooth and soft, but also free of redness, tightness and dryness. Cleansing my skin day and night with this cleanser is such a pleasure I just re-ordered to stock up. Use in conjunction with the oil cleanser for the ultimate cleansing experience. LOVE THIS CLEANSER!!!

Best Cleanser
I have combination skin and this cleanser is fantastic. It keeps my skin clear and is the only cleanser that's been able to shrink my pores and permanently remove most of my blackheads. Expensive but worth every penny.

Gorgeous cleanser
This cleanser is incredibly gentle on my combination skin. It smells divine and leaves my skin feeling clean but not tight. It is not good at removing eye makeup so I would recommend removing make up prior to use.

Beautiful
I have combination skin that can get oily and i wouldn't usually go for a cream cleanser. However, this product is beautiful and gentle and yet leaves my skin clean and not stripped! I use it exactly as the directions say and remove with a muslin cloth. I've re-purchased this a few times now and just love how gentle it is. Highly recommend!

Can't live without for sure !
I am a beauty product junkie. I am forever chopping and changing between products. I'll be sticking to this cleanser from now on. Absolutely love it! I feel like I'm really pampering my skin with this product. Oh and it smells nice too !
