Prior to use, remove the protective cover and use only on clean, dry and moisture-free skin. Apply gentle pressure and move the Tootsie Tamer back and forth across hard skin areas. Work slowly and check intermittently for desired results. Add slightly more pressure to thicker skin. Stop immediately if you feel pain or the skin becomes irritated. Wash with soapy water after every use.

Great, especially for the price
I’ve owned one of these for a few years and have decided to repurchase a new one. I use this on my heels only, and it’s easy to clean. With regular use and moisturising my heels, they stay smooth. The file has stayed in great condition over time.
