Prior to use, remove the protective cover and use only on clean, dry and moisture-free skin. Apply gentle pressure and move the Tootsie Tamer back and forth across hard skin areas. Work slowly and check intermittently for desired results. Add slightly more pressure to thicker skin. Stop immediately if you feel pain or the skin becomes irritated. Wash with soapy water after every use.

Easy to use
I have this for a while now and I love it! Its easy to use just make sure your feet are completely dry. Don't use on freshly wash feet and dried by towel. I normally use it before I shower so my feet is really dry. It literally sand papers the dry skin off of the sole of your foot. Brought a few more to give as Xmas gifts this year.
