Love the color of this - I love a sheer red. This formula goes on beautifully smooth however it isn’t the most nourishing. After a couple of hours my lip’s definitely feel a little dehydrated.

Not moisturising
The Nars Afterglow lip balm has gorgeous packaging, it's slick and shiny and slimline. The lip balm colour is stunning and the texture looks really moisturising and hydrating. I was totally excited for this to become my go to public lip balm, but no, this lip balm is shiny, but not hydrating or moisturising. My lips stayed dry and the balm vanished pretty much after application. So, a no from me.

Bit rubbish
I bought these but have concluded that they are a bit rubbish. They are very expensive, and the colour only lasts for a little bit. It is also easy to oversupply as you think its a balm, but has colour.

This is a really lovely balm that feels nice on my lips and leaves a gorgeous pink stain at the end of the day. I sometimes wear this over a lipliner and love how it looks. It's not the most hydrating or moisturising but it isn't drying either. I really like it and would repurchase in future.
