Preventing smudging, creasing or caking, the Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (8g) works to keep your eye make up looking fresh all day.
Crafted with a blend of polymers and mineral powder, this formula establishes a firm grip on pigment, ensuring hours of wear and maximising the colour intensity of your eyeshadow or eyeliner. And skin care ingredients are involved too, with deep sea extract and antioxidant-rich rice extract smoothing your lids, prepping them for eye make up and helping to keep your eyeshadow from travelling around the eye area. So, whether you're going for a light wash of a daytime neutral or an all-out seriously smoky eye, sweep this on first to ensure it stays put for as long as possible.

It’s okay
This was honestly a little bit disappointing, I have tried to use it with multiple different shadows but found it only really makes the makeup clump together so I won’t be repurchasing this product

The best
I have oily and sensitive eyelids (great combo!) and this product is amazing. It does exactly what it is designed to do-provides an excellent canvas for cream and powder shadow, meaning the product applies and blends well and, miraculously, stays all day. But is undetectable visibly and I cannot feel it either. I can’t see why I would ever need to try another. Not my first re-purchase.

I have used this a number of times now and have found it quite hit and miss. On warmer days my eyeshadow still slides off. On cooler days it’s ok for around 4 hours. I get oily lids and slightly sweaty skin, and so I struggle to achieve a beautiful long-lasting eyeshadow look. Urban decay potion also only worked like this for me, so I accept it may be an issue that I have with technique or physiology.
