The best foundation
I’ve tried so many different foundations but nothing has been able to come close to this. My holy grail!!

A brilliant foundation with great shades
Wanted to try this for a while to form a proper opinion. Nars has usually been out of reach for me as their shading has been so poor for olive undertones. Gobi was great but it was too fair for my light to light-medium warm olive skin tone. So when they launched Bruges, I ordered immediately. It is such an incredible true olive shade for warm undertones. I mix it with Gobi in the winter but probably use on its own in the summer when I tan. I have never had such a great shade match. Foundation itself is amazing. Took a while to learn to apply it as I am not a fan of applying makeup with my fingers and that's what Nars recommends with this one. I usually pump it on my palm and warm it a bit there. Then use foundation brush to tap on my palm and fill the brush with foundation. And then apply on my face. The finish is divine. It is glowy and dewy but not overly like Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin foundation. I have oily skin and this works beautifully. If I try to just tap it directly on my face with a brush it gets cakey and packs to my pores so prefer the earlier method. This will be my foundation for life.

This foundation is beautiful, light but great coverage, my constant go to for a skin like but still covered look and works well with all my other products, no separation or dry patches on my dry areas and doesn’t get overly oily on my t zone like some thicker foundations.
