Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). Lovely full coverage.
I love the coverage and feel of this foundation on the skin, it blends so well and feels nice on the skin. I have this in a few colours for more summer skin and winter skin and my tone changes quite a bit and both are really nice colours.

Not for my extremely dry skin
I find that this foundation tends to slip and slide a lot when applying despite trying different primers & skincare products with it. It also clings onto my dry patches and emphasises the eczema & acne textures on my skin and transfers like crazy. My brush leaves streaks on my face with this formula which never normally happens with other foundations. It just does not agree with my extremely dry skin and I prefer a more skin-like finish to eliminate texture but this makes me look like there is makeup on the skin and dries very matte and not in a good way. I will however give it 2 stars as the colour is amazing and it comes with a pump unlike sheer glow. Personally, I'd much recommend sheer glow over natural radiant longwear for dry skin.

Pores more visible and dry
For some reason this foundation doesn’t work with my skin, I have normal skin (not dry or oily) and the foundation makes it really dry looking. My pores are more visible and it looks like I’m wearing a lot of makeup even when I only use a thin layer. Much prefer the all day luminous.

This foundation is awesome, it does transfer though so be careful, but it has a beautiful finish and doesn't leave me oily which is awesome!

My favourite!
This is such an amazing foundation (shade: Caracas) and has quickly made it to my favourites! For reference, I have dry skin with acne scars and hyperpigmentation. This foundation covers everything, it's so easy to apply and blends beautifully onto my face. It also provides a beautiful dewy glow. I've tried soo many foundations but this has always come out on top. p.s I really struggle to match foundations even with Fenty but the undertones and colour is true to my skin which is amazing.

nice foundation for oily skin
Gobi is a good shade for those with lighter olive skin - rare to find a foundation that works for olive undertones. I like it, it stays on well and has buildable coverage. However it is definitely for oily skin. It tends to be quite dry, even on my oily-normal skin. If you find it dry I would recommend trying a moisturising primer underneath for those with properly oily skin I think this would be perfect.

Really good
I’ve always wanted to try out this product after hearing really good things about it. I love a full coverage foundation and I had been looking for one that was dewy and has a glow at the same time as being long-lasting and high coverage which this foundation is. I would definitely recommend and repurchase which I will be doing in the future just in my normal skin shade, not my tan shade!
