Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). Initially starting with 12 lipsticks, the brand has gone on to develop the Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation (30ml), a light-as-air formula that delivers long-lasting, luminous wear.

Its weightless formula is breathable, blendable *and* buildable to offer medium-to-full coverage that's ideally suited to normal, combination or oily skin types. As if that wasn't enough, it resists oxidisation to leave you with a complexion that stays true to colour all day long. Plus, there are plenty of shades to choose from, so finding the most flattering hue for your skin tone couldn't be simpler. The final flourish? I have dry skin and this is the best foundation I've ever used. The coverage is INCREDIBLE, plus it is creamy and easy to blend. Long wearing and flawless.

Amazing silky buildable foundation
This is a great foundation if you are looking with a medium coverage but can also build up to a full coverage. It's so smooth on your skin and stays on all day. I love this and would recommend!

It's so lovely
It has a lovely coverage to it and undertone and applies beautifully a warning that sounds a little silly but almost put me off it initially is I didn't shake it well enough before using so it initially was very watery and patchy and didn't cover much at all however if you shake it really well beforehand you won't be disappointed!

Wooow, what an awful foundation! Says long wearing - not at all. Can't stay for 3 hours even. Breaks on my face, does not apply well, moves everywhere...I am normal to combo skin...such a waste of money. Not sure how it gets so many good reviews though...not recommending!

Fantastic
I bought this for my wedding day after testing numerous different brands and this by far was a stand out for me, you do not have to use much to get a really nice coverage. I suffer from redness and the foundation alone covers this up and stays put for hours without cracking like other brands can do :)

Very disappointed!
After reading all the glowing reviews about this product, I was really excited to try it as I have been after a foundation that stays on the face for a whole night out but that doesn’t look cakey and is very natural looking. Whilst the shade I bought was a perfect match to my skin, it was a much much runnier texture than I had anticipated and it seemed to take a lot of the product to actually provide any coverage on my face! It also seemed to cling to any minor dryness on my skin (and I don’t have a dry skin type) and also seemed to emphasise any part of my face where the texture wasn’t perfectly smooth. It was also very matte as opposed to radiant, which is not what I’m after in a foundation and just looked like I was wearing a very cheap foundation! The pump also kept loosening every time I pushed down to get more foundation out. All in all very disappointing!
