I obviously never thought a scalp scrub would be an essential part of my routine, but I first bought this a couple of years ago and have rebought again and again. I don’t use a lot of products but I would get a dry/ dandruff scalp every now and then which I now know must have been due to build up of products. I use this every 2 weeks or so for a deep clean. Leaves hair so shiny and clean and my scalp feels great. No more dandruff. I now could not live without. Lasts aaaages too as a little goes a long way.

Fantastic for Curly Hair
I have type 3b/3c curls so need to clarify every other week to get rid of product build up, but find lots of scalp scrubs have beads or big chunks in which end up getting stuck in my curls. This one is great, really easy to work into thick hair and gently lathers so actually feel it gets to the scalp and cleans all of it. Hair feels refreshed afterwards, though I always follow up with a hydrating hair mask after using any clarifying product to make sure my hair stays moisturised. This will be my go to product now and very happy to see the price in comparison to many of the others I've used.

I bought this to use in conjunction with Holiroots hair oil. My hair is *thick* but I also have psoriasis, and I've begun to notice some thinning on one part of my hairline where the worst of the flakiness occurs. At first I thought this scrub was never going to make it to my scalp, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that even when my hair did get in the way, I could still work this into the scalp with my fingertips. It foams up amazingly, even when you only use a little. It also left my scalp literally squeaky clean - my fingers were squeaking in it while I was rinsing my hair. I was left with hardly any flakes to be seen and incredibly soft, shiny hair. Love it, a new staple.
